　Outfit and What to bring 　

Outfit ： long shits with good breathable and ventilation,surf pants,lashgard

Hat ： cap or hat with a strap(bill of the hut is small is better,you could see the front well)

Suncreem ： you must bring

Change the clothes ： you should bring it if you are back to Ishigaki(we have bathroom for changing clothes)

　Others(you can bring if you want) 　

Backpack(waterprof) ： small one (10-20L is enough)

Glasses ： glasses with strap or contact lens(spare)

Towel ： just one is good

Camera ： you can bring your camera with our waterproof bag

Insect repellent ： our recommend is skin bape mist(スキンベープミスト)

　Avilable shower room(in front of the sea),you must bring your towel. 　

After finishing tour,you can take a shower and change your clothes before you are back to Ishigaki. If you are staying on Iriomote,we take you to your hotel directly.

　About course 　

　You keep puddling about 7 km for 1.5- 2 hours. kayaking at the river is the longest tour in Iriomote
You trek on the mountain road from upstream to Nahra waterfall for 40 mins.
Nahra waterfall is 25 meters high,water pocket is large,you can jump into,stand under tha waterfall.
Back way is same way,so we do not reccomend for person who is laid back.
(We can not do this tour sometimes: Because the flow of a river is a affected by the ebb and flow of the tide in the spring tide on lunch time）
There is a large tidal flats with special ecological at low tide.
We would like to stop by this place even in hard way.
Also we would like you to have a break and look for nature as much as possible on the tidal flats,when you get off kayak.
Your guide can hold your kayak at the same time that is our style
　

　This treking route was made by Uminchu(fisherman) and rocal people in Shirahama in the late 1990s.
Mansaku is proud of join that more than anything else.
Before that,we could not go to the waterfall earsily thats why rocal people still call it "Legendary waterfall"

Shirahama〜6.5km〜Nakara river in the upper course of brackishwater〜0.8km〜Nahra waterfall＝the total distance 15km 　（We calculate the distance by a chart of 1/50000.but we are changing navigation depens on weather）

　It is really hard on the way to the waterfall,but everyone gets used to puddle on the way back to here. 　

　Swim in the waterfall and had lunch makes me alive once again!it reminds me club team in highschool.
